soilTHYME: Grow Your Own

This 4-part course guides you to catalyze your own local food garden through a healthy ecosystem! Together we FALLOW in the garden and learn the basics of giving back to the land that feeds us. We learn to compost and transform waste into a resource that makes our systems thrive. Then, we SOW seed into your garden, transplant, and start plants from vegetables we already have in our kitchens. Next we TEND the vulnerable process of growing food through regenerative earth care and organic integrated pest management. Lastly, we HARVEST food and medicine with techniques ranging from canning, dehydration, or fermentation to preserve the harvest. This course explores science, our elders, and our intuition.

Grab an empty canvas to map the connections between matter and spirit as we transform your landscape. This is a wildly creative gardening course that explores how to cultivate seed into life force, and grow personal resilience throughout the process. We glean ancient wisdom from regenerative farming principles and learn to transform waste into a resource that makes our systems thrive in sync with nature's cycles. Through this journey, you’ll learn to cultivate life force & grow personal resilience as you TEND earth and grow food. Finish the course knowing how to grow, tend, and harvest your sacred garden! You’ll walk away knowing why feeding your soil is a pilgrimage worth returning to again and again.
